ATLA Religion Database 1949+ BU-px ATLA RELIGION DATABASE, produced by the American Theological Library Association, indexes citations in the scholarly fields of religion. It covers the research literature of religion in more than 30 languages and contains articles from 650 journals, essays from 14,000 multi-author works, and more than 300,000 book reviews. New Testament Abstracts 1985+ BU-px New Testament Abstracts indexes journal articles, books, book reviews, and even software related to New Testament studies. The database describes content from more than 500 periodicals in various languages, but all abstracts are in English. Searching by scripture passages is possible, with particular strengths in scholarship about the world of the New Testament and about the epistles. The content covered is material published since 1985. Old Testament Abstracts 1978+ BU-px OLD TESTAMENT ABSTRACTS indexes journal articles, books, and even software related to Old Testament studies. The database describes content from more than 450 journals. Some foreign languages material is covered, with abstracts available in English. Strengths include theology, archaeology, and philology. Some content coverage goes back to 1978. This database is the result of a partnership between the American Theological Library Association and the Weston Jesuit School of Theology.
